As a result of the innovative technology utilized in the TCS energy efficient mechanical system, we can assist developers in qualifying for over 20% (14 out of 69) of the available LEED points in the following three areas:

• Water Efficiency
  Credit 3.1: The cooling system will reduce water use by the cooling tower.
  = 1 point

• Energy & Atmosphere
  Credit 1.1 Through Credit 1.5: This energy credit compares energy use between this building and ASHRAE Std 90.1-1999. TCS would qualify for an energy reduction of 40% to 60%.
  = 6 to 10 points
